Snacks at Smith Street

After the trip to Ikea, me and my sis went down to Chinatown for some desserts. As it was rather late, we stopped by at the da pai dang in chinatown. Had Hoover rojak and Ah Balling green tea glutinous balls (tang yuan).

Green Tea Tang Yuan with Peanut Soup

Tasty and the filling inside is actually green tea flavoured lotus paste, not very sweet too.

Hoover Rojak (SGD3)

As can be seen, the rojak is not watery. Blended perfectly with the big chunks of ingredients. Uncle put the right amount of granted peanut. However, I could only rate it as fine. It could be better if served warm, as in the you tiao is crispy and heated up.
