Went for KTV on Friday. We had planned it for a few weeks and finally, what a great evening we had. Some of the colleagues couldn't make it, so it's down to Jeanette, Serene, Elyn, Zheng Ming and Me. Deric left halfway and Mun Yue joined us after his gym session.Went to Maxwell food centre for dinner 1st. I patronised Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice. Heard that it's worth a try and indeed it is. Sedap with no regrets. Hehe... Ate 2 calories laden deep fried sweet potato balls cos lose in a bet. Sucks, but I must say they are nice. :)
Head straight to Party World cos they said it's much cheaper compared to K-box. I'm not sure though... And then the real party began. Hahaha...
As usual, chose all kind of songs. Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, English. At that moment, the word "shy" is taken away from the dictionary. All sang like a pro... Haha... So funny. Jeanette even videoed Zheng Ming when he's singing that Hokkien song, "if I had one million". Haha... So uncle, didn't sounds and looked like someone of his age. Haiyo, how can? Too bad, didn't get to hear Deric sing the Medley by Leo Ku. Love that. The best thing that night is how the import team showed their strong bonding. Serene and Me chose Elva Siao's Ai de Zhu Da Ge, and it is the kind of song where we can stand and rock man.. We simply asked Zheng Ming to dance his breakdance seven and who knows he did and even twice. That song was hot, baby, unbelievable, the bond has gone up a level. Haha. We closed the singing session with "Cha Sao Bao". Haha.
Later, we continued the outing with a durian feast at Geylang. Wahaha. Along the way in the bus, we laughed and joked that some people beside us also joined in. Really cannot tahan our lame jokes. Zheng Ming is a pro in making jokes out of what we speak, cannot stand him. Hahaha... The durians tasted great, we ate 9 and drank coconut juice. Lovely. That uncle gave us a box of the supreme quality durian, "mo shan wang" free. haha gained it. Really different from the rest. Ate, drank, joked, laughed till 2 plus. Damn song. Later, we were too full, so the rest decided to walk me home before they take a cab. And so we walked all the long way back to my house, joking and laughing despite the wee hours and quiet surroundings. We even spotted a couple having intimate moments. Haha...
