I am still in the same old organization. However, there are several changes to the dept structure. My dept got acquired by an European logistics firm and we became a 4PL to the organization this March.Well, that's only part of the changes. Me , as well, experienced some job rotation, within the same team (import) sad to say. From operation duties to a compliance role, i.e. data entry. I wondered if it's a downgrade or an enrichment. loll.
This month is the transition period, I have to learn all the compliance stuff as much as possible, although my predecessor seems to be unreluctant to transfer her knowledge to me ( unsure if I'm super sensitive). Well, that's my luck. Nonetheless, nothing's gonna hit me down. Guess, I'll be using my rusty wits and picking up stuff along the way. Jia You!!!!!
To be honest, I'm not very enthusiatic towards my new job profile (it sounds boring) , and don't bear to leave the operation duties to someone else. However, I guess it's time for a change... 3 yrs and still counting, got to improve my working ability. Giving myself 1 yr time to pick up process and compliance stuff. Seems to be rather fresh in this portion. Buck up Mabel! U can do it.
Ok, enough for this post. Cos present facts can never change, incessant is never ending.
