Wonder why the title is xiao mei mei @ work?Reason: I'm the youngest of all that Darren and Deric call me Xiao mei mei. haha..
This is my 5th day working and my last day guided by Darren. Hai... Today I asked Darren if it's his last day. He said, "technically yes, why? miss me huh?"
Haha...
Things are going pretty moderate today. Updated the War room report, emailed the software tracking. Till 4pm, then Darren taught me on the DD (Direct delivery) stuff.
We girls went to lunch with the "three musketeer". It was rather fun, talking lame jokes, basically all from Deric. They talked about their NS days. Haha, again now then I realised that everything was brought up by Deric, Alann was the background effect. Darren was sitting opposite to me, smoking, laughing along but didn't say a word. Damn quiet.
Got to say that from the observation I made (though only a few days but it's sufficient), Darren seems to be more mature than Deric, in terms of voice, way of speaking and behaviour. Hmmm... Now then I realised how immature ( in many ways) Deric can be. Tsk tsk tsk...
Oh yes, I gave Darren the gratitude card and choc before I left office. Haha... was looking for the right time but it seems that he spend his whole day in the war room. haha. Luckily before I left, Deric reminded me to get the phone password from Darren. I went back to the room with all the stuff, asked him for the pw, and by the way handed him the things. Initially wondered if it's too exaggerated, but I don't want to regret not doing it so I just followed NIKE's slogan.
A bit pai seh cos' Jeannette was present, but I dare to say it was a win-win situation between me and Darren. I happy, he also happy. Haha... Just felt that it was a way of showing gratitude. ;)
After then, I went home happily! Lalala...
